1. What is your refund policy?

There are 2 cancellation periods: November 21, 2022 and February 13, 2023. Families must log on to their account and request a refund on or before the cancellation date to be eligible. Upon receiving the refund request, the subscription will be cancelled for the following month.

Refunds and/or make-up sessions will not be made for non-attendance for a scheduled session. Immediate refunds are only granted if the child is no longer enrolled at the school or has a medical note from his/her physician lasting 30 days.

4. Will I receive weekly information for Endeavor Plus from my school?

Yes. You will receive weekly class information as well as a report on your child's progress.

5. What attire is required?

We suggest that children change into comfortable activewear if they are registered for Let's Move activities (Little Movers, Dance Stars and/or Soccer+).

Yes, Endeavor Plus spaces are limited. We encourage families to sign up when registration opens.

8. When are payments due?

Endeavor Plus payments are made automatically via debit or credit card in 9-monthly installments, every 30 days from the date of purchase.

No, we do not offer financial assistance.

10. Are there reduced rates for multiple children?

No, we do not offer reduced rates for families with multiple children.

11. What forms of payment do you accept?

New families may pay via credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay.
